These people are the best. Period. I can single out Andrew, Bill, Briana, and Nick, but that's not sufficient. Everyone is professional, prompt, courteous, kind, efficient, understanding, flexible, and stop at nothing to satisfy the customer. I've never had a better experience in car rental, and I've been doing so for over 25 years. I have Gold/Platinum/whatever-silly-metal status with five rental companies, and I don't care about those any more, as I only rent from Enterprise, largely because of the overwhelmingly positive experience I had with the Turnersville office.
I always tell them (Enterprise branches) to check the fluids levels in the car because they are always low; very low. At times close empty. Im next to them checking as well.
For the most part, the service at this branch has been pretty good.

You would think that the provider who changes their oil would fill up the obvious: antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid, brake fluid etc when they are low...Not their guy.
