This location has some great employees who are friendly and deserve to get paid 2x. Actually I've never had a problem with any of the employees and whenever I've had a issue they've always helped. I'm simply giving this one-star because it's WALMART and I would like them to go away.
I was at Walmart today with Grandson and daughter. Went for a bike. They had a wide assortment. Maybe 45 bikes +
I just left this place after waiting 30 minutes in the customer service line. I was looking for 2 books of stamps and was told that they ran out and a manager needed to get them from the back ( apparently they are locked in storage away from the line level employees). I waited aside as 5 customers and 10 minutes passed and were taken care of. I insisted the employee get the manager because i had spent far too much time waiting for this "manager" to be of service to me. I was told he was in the bathroom and would be out shortly. He finally came out of the restroom after apparently solving a very complicated issue that took 10 minutes and got me the prized stamps. 40 minutes later, 2 books of stamps and a bad taste in my mouth. Walmart should recognize it is Christmas season and the very holiday you demand we buy gifts for you should equip your stores with the staff that has the ability to meet or maybe exceed ( hardly) our expectations as customers.
tons of employees, but nobody available to help in electronics. only 1 man by himself to run electronics and layaway...who does scheduling? apparently they are off tonight!
Easy as pie. It was ready, just a little air in tires. Very happy with such a huge display. I wish I could have gotten 2 more. great bike, good price, ☺
I get done work late I go in get what I need all staff is helpful can’t ask for more with a Walmart Id rather go here then to the one by my house
I went to buy 6 items, and 5 of those items did not have price tags. This is normal for this Walmart is very frustrating. So I walked out and decided to shop somewhere else for their six items.
