Always a friendly place to go for my husband and I to enjoy a small meal outside the home they're always friendly and the food is always good
MY BURGER AND MASHED POTATOES WERE COLD. THE SALAD WAS SMALLER THEN IF YOU ATE AND THERE. CHEICKEN NUGGETS WAS A LITTLE OVER COOKED AND DIDNT GIVE US THE CELERY. LAST TIME I ORDER TOGO!

Well I previously had a great five star review written but Manager Chris sure did change my mind tonight. Not only did he deny an earlier request to simply change something but on a barren Tuesday night it took over 45 minutes to deliver food that was under cooked. With the poor excuse that there was a lot of "carside" orders and they were busy, since you could look around at the empty store and realize that was a blatant lie. Our server was hard to find and provided just bare minimum service, much like the manager. After we decided against keeping the raw burger and slimy under cooked shrimp, Manager Chris was less then sympathetic to the clearly under cooked food and more worried about making excuses and attempting to deflect.
Waited over the specified ticket time. This was my favorite location for it's consistent service and consistent quality of food. They messed up my order during a slow period. I had car side to go so I had to drive all the way back to return it. To walk in and see the waitresses chatty and not working and the kitchen very loud with joking - it made it clear why my order was not made correctly and why is wasn't on time. Disappointed. I really loved this location.
